  REFRIGERATION HEATING TRAINER

Description:
It consists of air-conditioning system, refrigerator system, control panel, pressure detection unit and connection area, etc. (1) Air-conditioning system consists: Indoor heat exchanger, outdoor heat exchanger, compressor, 4-way valve, sight glass, and control valves, etc. (2) Refrigerator system consists: Refrigerator compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttle, sight glass, thermostat, filter, three position 2-way valve, etc. (3) Control panel consists: Single-phase 3-wire 220V AC power supply. One AC voltmeter, measuring range: 0~250V. One AC ammeter, measuring range: 0~10A. Two digit displayed thermometers. RCCB and key switch to control the power mains. (4) Pressure detection unit consists: Four vacuum pressure gauges are used to monitor pressures at air-conditioning system and refrigerator system. Measuring ranges: -0.1~1.8MPa and -0.1~3.8MPa. (5) Connection area: Includes a connection area for electrical control circuit of air-conditioning system and refrigerator system, train students' hands-on ability. Specifications (1) Power supply: single-phase 3-wire AC 220V10% 50Hz. (2) The work environment: temperature: -10 ~ 40 , relative humidity <85%, altitude 4000 m. (3) Power capacity: <1.5kVA. (4) Protection system: protections against voltage leakage and current leakage.

1. Training of air-conditioning system 
(1) Electrical experiments
Study the electrical principle of air-conditioning system, test the electrical components’ working state.
(2) Pipeline design task
Cutting pipe, bending pipe, tube expanding, tube expander, pipe welding, etc.
(3) System wiring task
Complete the wiring task for air-conditioning system in connection area.
(4) System debugging tasks
Complete air-conditioning system vacuum, filling refrigerant, electrical commissioning and monitor the working condition.
2. Training of Refrigerator system 
(1) Electrical experiments
Study the electrical principle of refrigerator system, test the electrical components’ working state.
(2) Pipeline design task
Cutting pipe, bending pipe, tube expanding, tube expander, pipe welding, etc.
(3) System wiring task
Complete the wiring task for refrigerator system in connection area.
(4) System debugging tasks
Complete refrigerator system vacuum, filling refrigerant, electrical commissioning and monitor the working condition.
