SOFTWARE OF GMDSS SIMULATOR

Description:
The software consists of instructor station software and student station softwares. The software can be installed in computers of one multimedia classroom. The software can support more than 50 student station computers to connected together. The maximum number is 100. The specifications of the GMDSS simulator software are fully compliant with STCW78/95 Convention .

Basic functions
1)       Ship to shore Distress alarm can be sent by two independent communication system at least.
2)       Function of receiving shore to ship distress alarm
3)       Function of sending and receiving ship to ship distress alarm
4)       Coordinate Communication function during rescuing procedure
5)       On-site communication function during distress
6)       Function of sending and receiving position-finding signal
7)       Function of sending and receiving MSI
8)       Normal communication function
9)       Bridge to bridge communication function
Functions of instructor station
1) Functions of land station, coast station and RCC can be implemented
2) Broadcast safety messages of sea(NAVTEX,EGC, MSI);
3) Function of ship station
4) Exercise setting and editing: instructor can set the ship's position, course and speed etc. of student's station
5) Adjust the interference of communication channel.
6) Monitoring the starting and running of each device in student station
7) Monitoring the communication of student and recording the communication
8) Communication with student station (by telephone or telex)

1) All functions of one ship station, following devices can be simulated
