On July 8th, CEIEC president, Dr. Huang Gang attended the Poverty Alleviation Conference in Gansu Province. During the conference, Dr. Huang Gang signed the collaboration agreement with Gansu Provincial Education Department and Gansu Branch of China Development Bank. It was agreed by the three parties that according with the requirement of Gansu Education Accurate Poverty Alleviation, during 2017-2020, the three parties would cooperate in the first stage project valued 3 billion RMB (462 Million US Dollar). The first stage cooperation would be focused on educational informatization and educational equipment ranged from compulsory education, general high school and secondary vocational education.

A series of senior government officers attended the conference on witness of the signing ceremony.
