They also went to Moscow State University, St. Petersburg University, St. Petersburg University of Technology and other colleges and universities. The leader of the delegation, vice president of CEIEC Mr. LI Ying, and 15 directors of educational instrument department of China's major colleges and universities have favorable comments on the tour. They learned about the development of Russia's current educational instruments. And through the visiting of Russian well-known universities, they had a good chance to exchange the information on management and educational equipment. They could learn from the experience.
