1. Testing Section for Distribution
The main function of this section is to constantly distribute work pieces for processing, of which the silo can store several pieces. During the movement, the pusher shall move the work piece to the transport belt and then to the transfer belt of next station.
2. Pneumatic Hand Section
In this section, pivoted arm cylinder will rotate to one side of Processing Section, and then stretch out the air picker to subside to the position of work piece, and therefore pick it up. After that, it will elevate and draw back to detect the work piece again. The elevator cylinder shall transport the regular pieces to the upper level of the pneumatic slot, and the unqualified to the lower level of the pneumatic slot. This section co-works with other sections and define the classification, until transported to next section.
3. Processing Section
In this section, work pieces are simultaneously processed and detected on the plate. The electromagnetic implement device with inductive transducer shall check with the work piece is on the proper position. During drilling process, the electromagnetic implement device will clamp the work piece tight, and then transport the finished work piece to next section.
4. Robot Section for Conveying
The main function of this section is to pick out the disqualified pieces and put into the reject slot and transport the qualified ones to the assembling section, and finally, transport the finished pieces to the Testing & Sorting section.
5.Testing &Sorting Section
The main function of this section is to distinguish the color of pieces so as to distribute them into proper slot. The guiding configuration will finish the step.
6. Assembling Section
The main function of this section is to finish the assembling of pieces. When the loading plat rotates to the certain position, the piece will then be selected for assembling.
