Description:
Meets the teaching requirements of colleges, vocationalschools & educational services. The curriculumcovers "Cooling Technique", "Cooling Fluid Machinery", "PrincipleMaintenance of Household Cooling Device", "Refrigeratory and refrigeration", "Refrigeration device maintainer", etc. The equipment is designed for students mastering the theory and practice of the specialty of air conditioner and refrigeration technique.
Details:
 

1.           The training equipment includes control panel, experimental bench, outdoor air conditioning units and indoor air conditioning units, instrumentation, simulated faults detection units, simulated faults box, etc.

2.           Experimental bench: iron with high density plastic-sprayed material structure and aluminum surface with ability of fireproof and waterproof. Two drawers are available for placing faults setting box, tools and information data, etc. The structure of cooling system can be observed at the rear of equipment.

3.           Air conditioner overall units: includes some key parts such as evaporator, condenser,compressor, four-way valve and other training componentssuch as controller.

4. AC power supply: single-phase three-wire220V AC power supply, one AC voltmeter with range of 0~250V for power grid monitoring; one AC ammeter with range of 0~10Afor start current and working current monitoring, the main power is controlledby key and RCCB.

5. Pressure measurement unit: two vacuum pressure gauges with range of -0.1~.5MPa, -0.1~.5MPaare used for displayingpressure of high pressure and low pressure.

6. Temperature measurement unit: four temperature meters with PT100, 3 and 1/2-digit display are used for measurement temperature of air inlet, air outlet, evaporatorand condenser.

Simulated faults setting box

Multi faults insertion (34 faults): faults in cooling: cleaning of evaporator/condenser/capillary, defrostingof capillary;electricalfaults: power supply circuit, temperature sensor circuit, drive circuit, compressorprotectioncircuit, indoor fan speed regulationcircuit and so on.
