Description:

This training device is designed according to the teaching demands of such general teaching materials as Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission Technologies and Mechanical Design Manual Pneumatic Transmission. Adopting various pneumatic components used in actual industry field, integrating discrete elements and PLC control, and adopting modular design for the original components, it is convenient for the construction of dozens of pneumatic circuits and suitable for developing and improving the design ability, manual dexterity and comprehensive using ability of the students. Main features The experimental table is of vertical double side design, having computer communication port to connect and control the PLC programmer. During experiment, various experimental circuits could be assembled on the general aluminum alloy extrusions flexibly, which is quite simple and convenient. The joint is reliable and convenient and fast for installing. Adopting SMC standard industrial components, it is reliable and secure (FESTO and AIRTAC components are available). Related courses involved Pneumatic control technology, PLC (programmable logic controller) and its application, etc.
