Description:

This training system combines current industrial automation application technology and advanced device technology, is recommended for the training teaching of industrial automation control technology. Additionally, self-editing, design and develop functions are available on this system. Lots of devices have been equipped on the training bench, comprising instrumentation, general electrical apparatus, MCU controller, PLC, frequency converter, 3-phase AC motor, industrial touch screen, ietc.

Details:

The system comprises power control panel, training bench, hands-on units, motor guide rail,

3-phase squirrel cage motor, etc.

1. AC power control panel

Powered by AC 380V (3-phase 4-wire), monitored by three voltmeters and pilot lamps. The input

voltage is controlled by the key switch, stop switch and start switch.

2. DC power & instrumentation unit

(1) Both one-channel DC +5V/1A and +24V/1A power with 3 and 1/2-digit display are available.

(2) Variable DC voltage: 0~15V; variable DC current 0~20mA; DC digital voltmeter: measuring

range: 0~200V, input impedance: 10MΩ, accuracy: 0.5 level; DC digital ammeter: measuring range:

0~200mA, accuracy: 0.5 level

3. PLC controller unit

The following devices are equipped: FX1N-40MR-001 AC/DC controller with built-in digital I/O

(24 channels for digital input, 16 channels for relay output), FX0N-3A analog module (2 channels

for input, 1 channel for output), FX2N-485-BD communication module, SC-09 communication programmable cable. RS485 is adopted for the whole communication.

4. PLC simulation control unit (1)

It comprises: PLC instructions programming practice, automatic feeding system, 4-segment

conveyor belt.

5. PLC simulation control unit (2)

It comprises: Robot arm, liquid mixer.

6. Relaying contact control unit (1)

Available components: three AC contactor (coil voltage 220V), one thermal relay, one electronic

time relay (ON delay, operating voltage 220V), three push buttons (illuminated, different kinds

of color for each) and two limit switches.

7. Relaying contact control unit (2)

Available components: four intermediate relays (coil voltage 220V), one thermal relay, two

changeover switches, one push button, transformer (220V/26V/6.3V), rectifying circuit, and

braking resistance (10Ω/25W).

8. PLC objective unit (practicality)

Available modules: step motor drive control, DC motor speed control, temperature PID control,

linear motion control.

9. MCU control unit

This unit is designed focusing on MCU control technology, as well conventional function modules

are available, such as relay control circuit, buzzer control circuit, DS18B20 temperature

control circuit, DC motor control circuit, step motor control circuit, 12864 dot matrix LCD,

dichromatic LED, RS232 interface, RS485 interface, parallel D/A conversion (DAC0832), parallel

A/D conversion (ADC0809) and serial A/D (TLC549), with which the following hands-on exercises can

be performed: MCU interface expansion, data acquisition, data display, keypad control, process

control, serial communication, etc.

10. Touch screen unit

5.7 inch STN256 touch screen is available.

11. Frequency converter unit

Mitsubishi FR-S520 converter is adopted on this unit with RS485 interface.

12. DD03-6 unit

Available devices: guide rail, optical code disc and tachometer

13. WDJ26 3-phase squirrel cage induction motor

Voltage: 380V; rotating speed: 1430r/min; protection level: E
