Description:

This equipment is designed for experiments covering courses of "digital electronics" and "analog electronics", which addresses the requirements of colleges or vocational schools.

Details:

Control panel

1. Power supply

Single-phase 3-wire 220V controlled by start/stop buttons with digital AC voltmeter for power indication.

2. Experimental apparatus

Multi-function logic test pen: high level, low level, middle level, Hiz and pulse.

decoder display: 6-digit hex seven-segment LED decoder & 2 LED without decoder (1 common cathode and 1

common anode)

Level display: 16-bit LED display

Logic level output switch: 16-bit logic level output

Thumbwheel switch: 6-digit decimal up/down counter

Speaker: 8Ω@0.5W

One pointer type DC milliammeter: 1mA

Oscillating coil, relay, pushbutton, crystal oscillator, rectifier bridge, diodes, music IC, buzzer,

capacitors and multi-turn potentiometers etc.

3. Experimental board:

DIP IC sockets (two 8p, eight 14p, six 16p, one 20p, one 24p, one 28p and two 40p) and sockets for

components connection with copper covered for reliable connection.

Analog circuits experiment boards:voltage amplifier circuit, integrated operational amplifiers &

applications, power amplifier, DC stabilized power supply, FET amplifier & differential amplifier,

controllable thyristor rectifier circuit, common electronic devices.

Digital circuits experiment boards: basic logic circuits, combinational logic circuits & applications,

flip flop & shift register, counter & application, generation & transformation of pulse waveforms, 555

timer and crystal oscillator.

DC stabilized power supply

±5V/1A and 0.0~18V/0.75A (continuously adjust, 0~18V and 0~36V power are

available) power supplies, +5V power with function of short-connection alarming and

indication and all the supplies has function of soft cutoff and auto protection.

DC signal source

-5V~+5V continuously adjust

AC power supply

0V, 6V, 10V, 14V and two 17V, and all with auto-recovery function, and there are

several sockets for 220V power supply on both sides.

Pulse signal source

0.5Hz~300kHz continuously adjust, four outputs: base-band signal, divided-by-two,

divided-by-four, divided-by-eight, overlapping in three ranges: 1Hz, 1kHz and 20kHz

which can be fine adjusted. There are also +/- signal pulse source.

Function signal

generator

It consists of integrated function signal generator and peripheral circuit,

digital voltage indication and power amplify circuit, with output frequency of

2Hz~2MHz and amplitude of 0~16Vp-p. the output waveforms are sine wave, square

wave and triangle wave selected by keys. Amplitude is indicated by three LEDs and

output attenuation are 0/20/40/60 dB selected by two buttons.

6-digit frequency

meter

The frequency measurement range is 1Hz~10MHz with six LED display, the gate time

base: 1s; sensitivity 35mV(1-500kHz)// 100mV(500kHz-10MHz); accuracy: 0.00002

(10MHz) with internal/external frequency measurement.

DC digital voltmeter

Overlapping in 200mV/2V/20V/200V ranges selected by keys, 3 and 1/2-digit display, input

impedance: 10MΩ; accuracy: class 0.5.

DC digital

Overlapping in 2mA/20mA/200mA ranges selected by keys, 3 and 1/2 -digit display, accuracy:

class 0.5.

RMS value AC digital

millivoltmeter

Measurement range: 0.2mV~600V (RMS value); frequency measurement range:

10Hz~1.5MHz; accuracy: ±0.5%±2 digit; can be used for accuracy measurement of

sine wave, triangle wave and narrow pulse, whose crest factor can be up to 10.
