Description: The substation automatic system is the basic automation system of power system, and plays an important role in the whole power system. Along with the fast development of power system, the user has more requirements to power system automation level. The Windows2000 operation system is employed in the substation automatic system, whose design concept is the object-oriented layer distributed structure. These equipments on the bay layer can communicate with the upper layer through an Ethernet. The design of the whole system comply with international standards like IEC 60870-5-103 and IEC 60870-5-104, which has greatly improved the reliability and openness of the system. This CBZ-8000 substation automatic system can be applied in the substation system of 500kV and below. Features: 1.Layer distributed structure The whole system can be divided into two layers, the station-controlled layer and the bay layer. Equipments of each bay are relatively independent, and can communicate with the station-controlled layer only through the communication network inside the station. 2.The system can be flexibly designed according to user's demands. All the application units of the system are modules, which is easy to realize assembly and part installation. To be in the smallest size, this system can gather together all the application functions of the substation in one computer; and to be expanded to a large size, the system can be configured with a main server and a standby server, many monitors, many remote main stations, engineering stations and five-defense workstations, etc. The system employs the international standard communication protocol IEC60870(103,104)/61850. All those factories that support this protocol can be easily connected to the substation automatic system. As to those with non-standard protocol, the user's can also be connected to the system after modifying the gateway program. 3.Optical fiber, electric cable and other materials can be used as the communication medium. There are more than one net-building method, i.e. optical fiber self-healing ring type Ethernet, optical fiber star type network, or a bus network. 4.The system supports not only server computer duplex warm backup, but also the single net and double net configuration. Under a double net mode, the system supports the warm backup of double Ethernet and network bypass, which can satisfy the requirement of high-carry user. 5.The system combines large business database with a self-developed real-time database, which helps to realize the data seamless connection and unified management of history library and memory library, and it supports ODBC and SQL. Therefore, the system has good openness. 6.Aiming at the characteristics of the substation automation, the system database definition creates a template base according to spacing interval, device, etc. The engineering personnel and operating maintenance personnel can derive physical object form template very conveniently, which greatly simplify the engineering manufacture and maintenance. 7.The system provides a strong and flexible report generating tools. What you see is what you get, and also these reports can be automatically generated. The system can satisfy the requirements of different users, and provide typical report template for the user's convenience.
