DD01 power control panel

(1) AC power supply

3-phase 0~450V AC power voltage and 0~250V AC power voltage (1.5kVA, 0~450V variable autotransformer) are available; over-current protection at the AC power supply output and short circuit protection between lines and phases are equipped to against changing the fuses. Three AC analogue voltmeters are used for indicating voltages of power grid and adjustment voltage.

(2) DC power supply

DC 220V@0.5A excitation power and 40~250V@3A continuously adjust armature power (with over voltage, over current, over thermal and short circuit protection) are available, with DC digital voltmeter and switches.

(3) Safety

One group of 3-phase isolation transformer to isolate from the power grid;

Voltage mode protection 1: it protects and cut off power supply if there is any leakage before isolation transformer;

Voltage mode protection 2: it alarms and cut off power supply if there is any leakage after isolation transformer;

Current mode protection 1: it curs off the power supply if leakage current exceeds the threshold value;

Fully shrouded connections for protection against hazard of electric shock

(4) Protection on instruments

Many signal ports connected to instruments alarms and cut off power supply if over range.

(5) Timer and alarm recorder with the functions of lab service supervision

(6) Stainless-steel pipes used for easy “lift-in/out�?units' removal. 220V and 33V Outlet sockets for application units on base of the panel; single-phase and 3-phase outlet on both sides of the panel provided and one fluorescent lamp (220V, 40W) used for lighting.

Stainless-steel guide rail, optical coded disc, (Omron) and digit-displayed tachometer

Consists of optical coded disc and a digit-displayed tachometer. All components are easy machine coupling on a slide-rail base. The slide-rail has good coaxiality and low noise when the motor is working.

Analogue/digital AC voltmeter

(1) One RMS AC digital voltmeter: measurement range: 0~500V, auto ranging and auto switching, accuracy: 0.5 %, 3 and 1/2 -digit digital display.

(2) Two analog AC voltmeters: dual calibrations, measurement ranges overlapping in 10V, 30V, 100V, 300V, 500V, input impedance: 1MΩ, accuracy: 1.0%, switched by keys, with over range protection, indication and power cutoff.

Single/three-phase power, power factor meters

Constructed by two microprocessors, high-speed A/D conversion chip and fully digit-displayed circuits. Intelligent control is obtained by keys and digit display. The sample signal of measured voltage and current are sent to DSP after A/D conversion for positive/active power calculation. Measurement of single/three-phase power with accuracy of 0.5% and ranges of voltmeter and ammeters are 450V, 5A. also, data can be recorded and inquiry. The total power is obtained by sum of P₁+P₂.

Three groups of lamps for synchronization (yellow, green and red), one group of switch and one continuously adjust power supply (5~40V/2.5A).

Intelligent torque/rotation speed/output power tester

Digit-display of rotation speed, output torque and power, and 15 sets of data can be stored, with interface communicated with computer.

AC servo motor unit

The SL series squirrel-cage rotor two-phase servo motor is adopted.

The AC servo motor consists of one RMS AC voltmeter, one RMS AC ammeter, transformer (380V/220V/110V) and variable capacitor (0~6.5uF).

Accessories and connecting wires

PVC-covered pigtail wire with fully protection to avoid electric shock.
