Taking the experts and professors' advice and using experience in the first-aid field, we (have been able to) develop GD/ACLS8000D comprehensive emergency skills training system, with its functions being comprehensively upgraded and refined. Complying with AHA (American Heart Association) 2005 emergency guideline for CPR and ECC, the system provides many species of cardiac disease emergency cases to help physicians train the clinical emergency operation procedures via friendly man-machine interface. Through dozens of animation scenes, the system provides abundant real emergency scenes for physicians to facilitate diagnosis and differential diagnosis. For different types of cardiac disease, the system provides typically auxiliary examination and drug treatment, and also supports cerebral vascular accident disease diagnosis and treatment training.

Features:

1.Simulation of vital signs: Pupil LCD is CSTN pseudo-color, 65k color, RGB. Diameter range is 1-9mm. Simulate pupil states: normal, mydriasis, and myosis, etc; carotid artery pulse, femoral artery pulse and radial artery pulse, reproduction of patient moaning, coughing and vomiting sound;

2.Respiration mode: simulation of normal respiration, sighing respiration, Cheyne-stokes respiration, Kussmaul-kien respiration and Biot's respiration

3.Real and spontaneous breathing; there is thoracic wave when breathing, adjustable respiratory frequency and depth

5.CPR Operation Training: multiple breathing ways by mouth to mouth, mouth to nose and simple respirator to mouth; electronically monitor airway open, respiration times, frequency and volume, and compression times, frequency, position and depth; automatically judge the ratio of respiration and chest compression; showing data in real time with English voice prompts during the whole process; if the rescue is successful, manikin's pupil would become to normal states from mydriasis, artery pulsatility and spontaneous breathing would also appear.

6.AED training: Multimedia animation displays the AED operation, support real and simulative AED training; automatically external defibrillation machine provides electrode patch and electrode button; automatically monitor if ECG need defibrillation, English voice prompts during the whole process;

7.Defibrillation and pacing training: Multimedia animation displays the operation of medical defibrillator, which can match defibrillators and pacemakers of different factories and types to achieve real defibrillation and pacing. Be equipped with simulated defibrillator and pacemaker, can choose the defibrillation energy, the maximal energy of defibrillation is 360J, can save customer's cost for buying real defibrillators and pacemakers and achieve same effect;

8.Usage of simulated injection pump and infusion pump: multimedia cartoon displays the operation process of injection pump and infusion pump;

9.Training and assessment: With a large number of test questions, support ECG, emergency theoretical knowledge, emergency scenes, cases and CPR training and assessment; teachers can also add tests according to the teaching content;

10.ECG monitoring: realize monitoring of simulated ECG and real ECG via finger-piece blood detecting head; storage of thousands of normal and abnormal electrocardiogram; Multi-parameter monitor (only for training use) with LCD touch screen supplies many parameters of 12-leads ECG, saturation of blood oxygen, breathing, CO2, all kinds of blood pressure (artery blood pressure, central venous pressure, pulmonary artery pressure, non-invasive blood pressure), cardiac output.
